Learning English via online games.

When I see my school, and the English results, something caught my eye. The students that do not play any online games or the ones that are not involved in any online activities get lower grades in their English class. (This is for foreign countries) So many people say having a so-called "E-Life" is bad for you. It might be bad for you, but the constant confrontation with the English language in online forums / games is very good for your English progress. In most forums, whenever you make a spelling error or an error in your word choice, you'll get a reply with a better way to write up your sentence. You'll learn from this. And, as a lot of teenagers spend at least 3 hours a day on the internet, being a part of an English community does improve your English skills. So, I am wondering. What do you think of it?. Do you think being a part of an English speaking community is good?. Because, I certainly don't see any bad things of learning English.
