Load Ads

I just started my first wordpress blog. I want to load my Pay-ads ads campaign but I found that I can't do it. Anyone here facing the same problem about about ads campaigns with Wordpress. I know that their are bloggers who are using wordpress and have their ads campaign properly setup. Please help to load an ads campaign!
