what do you think about paypal? did you have problems too?

hi everybody im in the world of ptc(paid to click) and i use paypal to cash out from them,a month ago paypal block my account for no reason and freeze my money that so hard i earn,i would like to know if others that use paypal have the some problem,thanks pd:excuse my english,im from argentina best regards
