Today is the January 26,2008. Lunar is the December 19,2007.
Usually, the Spring Festival(New Year) is the year's most popular course. If the work outside, it is necessary to go home for the Spring Festival.
Because this is the meaning of happiness and beautiful.
Spring Festival's food is also very rich. Can eat many of the traditional cuisine. Most it the characteristics of the dumplings.
I will have to go home .

You are right that the Chinese New Year is so important for all Chinese. It is so important to get together in this festival. I am afraid to say that due to the heavy snow, the transportation can't work properly. Perhaps more people have to stay here to have this festival.

Yes,thank you for your conern.
Because of too much snow this year,it give us a lot of difficulties. Many of people work outside, because heavy snow blocked traffic and have to delayed the time to go home.
Yesterday, government has issued a heavy snow warning, it is red and is the most serious. The good news is many people in the community to help them.
Last year's winter was warmer and this year's winter is cold. I think this is "El Nino" phenomenon, the world's climate were affected.
So, I hope that everyone is caring for the environment.
