How to start a pitch for a mortgage campaign on which we've to set an appointment with the customer.And we've to take all the personal informations about the customer like dob s.s.n etc.so what should be the greeting of the call the body of the call & how to close the call

The answer is going to depend on what your goals are. Are you trying to get someone to refinance through you? Are you calling renters in hopes you can get them PreQualified to buy a home? I always start my calls the same way: Hi, Can I speak to ____? Mr/Mrs _____, my name is _____ and I'm with _____. How are you doing today? (this elicits a response from the prospect that is NOT yes or no) Then go into: The reason I'm calling is ______. Think first about what you want from the call. Then take that idea and think about what the customer can gain by speaking to you. Also, refer to how you got that person's name and number. "I noticed that you rent an apartment in _____. The reason I'm calling is that many people don't realize that you can buy a home with no down payment necessary." Then ask a question to find qualify them: "Have you ever thought about buying a home?" After you determine that they are interested, tell them what you can do for them. "If we go through a brief 10 minute application, I can determine how much you could qualify for, and of course there is no charge for an application. Do you have just 10 minutes?" That should do it.
