What do you call a true friend or a good friend?

We all have friends, but what would you say is a good friend or a true friend? Well a good friend to me is someone that is honest at all times, someone who will have your back and not talk about you behind your back, someone who will help you in your time of need, someone who is positive and not negative. That is a good and true friend to me, do you agree.
