I've heard really good things about that "Bender Ball". I've seen it on tv. It's a small ball that you work out with. You place it on your lower back and do sit ups that way going all the way back. I'll try to find a link to it and get back to you. It's only $20 and you could probably just buy a small exercise ball for cheaper than that. Here is a link to some reviews of it: http://www.infomercialratings.com/product/bender_ball_reviews To order the ball: www.benderball.com Good luck. I can't wait till I can get the money to get one! Let me know what you think!

ok, i just went and read some complaints about the bender ball. Here is the link to those: http://www.infomercialscams.com/scams/bender_ball_complaints Most of the complaints are about customer service and shipping charges so I would suggest just going to an exercise store and buying a small ball and then maybe the library to rent the video or something. Good Luck!

Ok ArmyChick, I think you already know the answer, but this old Air Force guy is going to tell you the secret. Forgot all the machines, balls, etc, get down on the floor and start doing those old fashion, hardcore crunches. Do has many as you can and work your way up from that. Even 100 day will eventually have ALL your friends envying you during the summer months! Cheers, Ed

Abbs are like all other muscles in our body. They grow larger the more they are challanged. So you must challange your abbs to get the abbs. The important thing is to be patient. Abbs don't appear in one day. They take time especially if they are covered with fat. So it is imortant not to give up. Secondly try to find some to excersise your body. At least we need 30-60 min of exercise every day. Regarding the abbs any cardio execrsise will do (running, rowwing, bicycle, swimming) As long as fat is being burned it is good. None the less you need to do some crunces and other exercises preferebly weight training to get those nice looking abbs. With this I must add that nutrition is of high importance especially for the abbs. If you want to have a six pack you need to cut dwon the intake of fats and carbs and go high on protains.Exersises for the abbs vary and you can find more on buildyourbody.com. Beside exersice and nutrition you also need to rest. Our body needs at minimum 7-8 hours of rest every day.

One ab exercise I love doing is getting 2 dumb bells, one on each side, standing up straight, letting the dumb bells hang at your sides. Then slowly let one side of your body lean down to your side, then switch sides and do it about 10-15 times. It works so well.
