Idle Time?

How do you spend your idle time? I mean that time when you don't have to be at work, you don't have an article in mind to write, or you don't have to be rustling the kids up or off to some place. I find spending time here on myLot to be pretty fulfilling. Just clicking through discussions and seeing if anyone has any advice to share with me. So what about you? What do you do during your idle time?

I play games online, or watch a movie, have a hot bath, read a book, chat online with friends and family, and or laze about and take a nap!

Sounds like you have plenty of things in mind to keep you from getting bored. I like the idea of a hot bath. That sounds really relaxing. Thanks for your response and have a great day posting!

During my spare time in usuall on sites like these. On top of this mose of the time im watching tv. If i dont feel like doing either than im usually reading up on my classes or just plain reading a book.

Well aside from posting here on mylot, I do spend some time on the internet by listening to music or watching videos. I also make time to practice playing my guitar, that way my hand won't get stiff and for my guitar to be maintained at times. I also love to read, just sit down on the couch and let my mind travel within the places to where the book tells me to!;)

Other than responding to discussions here, the little hours of idle time I spent on relaxing myself by watching TV or sleeping. Most of the time, the idle time is spent on my niece.

I have too much idle time. My kids are grown so I am by myself during the day. I do get on mylot, I also like to play on pogo. I do play poker some on the computer. I also play on our Wii at times. When it is nice I get out on the patio or in the yard. That's about it for me unless it is vacation time and my grandson is here visiting.

Wow, it sounds like you do very well to keep yourself busy. I was just talking with my neighbor yesterday about Wii. As I have no children and none related that live close by, I haven't seen one yet. I guess they are a lot of fun for anyone. Thanks for posting and have a great day!
