Please god i need....
-wisdom to understand my boss
-love to forgive him
-patience to understand what he does
-but above all don't give me the courage and the strength
Because if you give me the courage and the strength I will break him in peaces.

i have been really pissed with my boss in my last job. and he play a major reason why i quit. we were working so hard and all he does was power trip. he has favoritism among our team. it was very hard approaching him because he always shoo us away whenever he's with his girlfriend. i left the company but i told the management about that concern forwarded it to the human resources department
