10 yr old girl is a dr.

A vet to be exact. She is operating on animals. Because state law says she is too young, her mother is present while she works. A 10 yr old with her college degree. What happend to childhood?

Actually I think as long as she's happy then I'm happy for her. Some kids can balance being a kid and being mature. Obviously she's extremely smart which means she'd more than likely be bored with the normal things that a ten year old does.

My goodness,she is smart. I bet her Mom is proud of her. Yet she is growing up a little fast and is missing a lot of things that kids do.

sounds like she found her calling early .
If this is what she likes why not?
Just maybe she was an old person when she was born. I think some of us are born young and others born old. LAter in life she might enjoy child hood or she still might now when she isnt being a vet.
