i dont know about country but in my country the friendliest people are in the north east .. which so happens to be were im from but i would not say that england has the nicest women mabe america people just uba friendly over there

Hello MAHESH! I can say that filipinas are one of the most friendliest women in the world. We are known to be hospitable and that every foreigner who will come here are expected to be treated well.
