are you a people-pleaser?

I've come to realize that I am a people-pleaser. I tend to do something for others over and above my personal priorities. Sometimes I hate it and sometimes I don't. Does being a people-pleaser wrong?

The saying "you cannot please everybody is true" and when you try to please everybody, you end up not pleasing anyone!
