Myspace account says it has been phished

And it is asking me to change my account and password. Is this legit???

I have never receive this asking, I advise you don't work at once...perhaps, you'd better to send a email to the administrator of mylot, of course, you should check your account firstly, maybe it is too simple, or wrong.
