How To Find Referals

What kind of method do you use in finding referals. And how much sucses do you have. I only have 3 referals + 2 on one scam site that have disapered. So I only have 3 of them, and none is active.
So if someone knows some good tricks for getting refs.

It's not easy to find referrals. That's why I do not really exert much effort looking for referrals. What I do is I post something about my experience on money making sites and how to earn money from them. I have posts about MyLot on my blog and thru this one, I gained 3 referrals so far. I also place a widget of the site on my blog.
