Hey all you mylotters. Just wanted to ask you a question about getting taller! Are there specific foods or activities (sports you play/stretching) that make you taller? I don't want some gimmicks, just a way to grow a bit taller, that's all. Looking forward to your feedback!

it really depends on how young are you. if you are still on your teens or early twenties then you still have a lot of chance to grow a little bit because of the natural growth development of your body, just simply do your stretching exercises, drink you vitamins and lessen your intake of non nutritious food. take care of your bones take in calcium.

if you are 18-above i dont think that you can still get tall. our hormones stops growth at that age. and if you have genes or your parents are not that tall either those are the reasons why you are not tall. i am 5 feet tall but my first born at 16 is tall. around 5'6 i fed him foods that can make him tall, get a lot of nap when he was younger. and one more thing his dad is tall too.

Well It has alot to do when you are growing up and the genes you are born from as well as hormones in the body as to how tall you will be. Course, stretching and being flexible makes the body straighter therefore making the body longer. I don't know of anything that can make you grow taller if you are already an adult. It is fate by your family and forefathers that gave you the height you have.
