how to engage a discussion with her?

As a normal teenager(I think im one,lol)I was wonderung about how to ask a girl for a date? What if she says NO? What are the best ways to convince a girl to go out? if you know any special techniques or whatsoever ways, please share the information. thnks

jus like the above person says...guys who can hold conversations get gurls easily...jus get the gurl to b curious bout u.... spk smethin that interests her n add sme jokes to it.. u can get ny1 for a date wid dat...

Being a girl, I'd say just talk to her. Talk about something you're both interested in, just get her talking. Guys that can hold a conversation are most attractive to me. Then just say, "hey, would you like to go out sometime?"
