My "new year's resolution," that is. Last year, my grandmother [who I was really really close to] passed away, and I put on quite a few pounds in the following months. I've always been super self concious and I've been beating myself up about my extra weight. :/ Now, I've finally felt like it's time to whip myself back in shape. Since tomorrow's the first monday of Febuary, it's a perfect day for me to start; I'm going on a [better] diet and going for a 1 mile [or more] jog everyday. wish me luck! ;]

I have always wanted to do some routine exercise like jogging, walking or running not to lose weight but rather to increase my endurance and to keep myself healthy. Fact is I have not yet started the program and keep on postponing my scheduled plan. Its really nice to have some exercise to keep us fit and energetic all the time. This must have been the reason why I feel so tired already early in the evening. I wish you luck in your plan and may you have success in losing that extra weight. Just do not overdo since it could also be harmful to your health. Make it a pace at a time.

good luck! I should try something like that myself -well not the job, since I have trouble walking, but some exercise.

I do wish you the best of luck. I have gained alot of weight recently and I've done nothing but complained about and nothing to change the situation. I find myself thinking, "oh well, one more won't hurt at this point." Perhaps your post will help to remind me of what I've conveniently been trying to ignore. Good luck.
