Okay, what's up with the Superbowl time clock?

Why do the officials keep putting time on the clock? I think they just gave the game to the Giants! Every time I'd look up the clock would suddenly have 2 to 4 seconds back on the clock in the last two minutes of the game. I think the Patriots should question the fairness of this. I really want the Patriots to win so they could have their perfect season. I realize that they have 29 seconds left so I wonder if the officials are going to add time to the clock now. So far they haven't since the Patriots got the ball back. I think something is off in Arizona. Maybe the time keeper is a Giants fan.
