Ending a relationship

I think ending a relationship peacefully and gracefully is possible if both people stay calm, don't get upset and they will be satisfied by just staying friends. But there will have had to be some closure to the relationship already. Both the people should want to split up. If only one wants this to happen they will be upset. It is best to split up in person. It would not be as good to split up by email, letter or in a telephone conversation. To split up by text message would be terrible. In person with honesty and an amicable conversation is the best way for a relationship to end.
