What software can i use to make a CD with WIN XP bootable?

You can use UltraISO or PowerISO.....

Well a CD is either bootable, or not bootable regardless of operating system. You can use PowerISO or UltraISO for creating your own bootable ISOs.

You might wanna use magic iso also but i would prefer power iso yea .

If you can get a WinXP bootloader, you can use Nero Burning Rom, start a CD-ROM(Boot) project, point the image file to the bootloader, add XP installation files and other installer you want there included and burn.
