Aching Knees

Hello myLot world!! I have been so busy the last couple of days that i was unable to focus on you guys. How are yall doing? My knees are aching because i have been doing a lot of up and down walking today. I love myLot and wish i could spend at least 3 hours straight on it but i can't. I blame my sister for this issue i now have with myLot and my computer at home is out of commition for the moment so i only have the computer here at my job to utilizeand i should be working now instead of typing this message ; ) however it is 4:20 and quitting time for me is at 4:00 so im outa here. I feel for you, as I had surgery on my right knee yesterday.It's not easy to walk yet,but I could with the grace of the Lord!

Very sory to hear about you suffering from knee pain. I feel this is not the age where you should be having this problem. Aren't you going for regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging or swimming or static cycling. Exercises are a must for everyone after 40 and this is right time to start. You mean up and down means climbing staircase and descending? Even climbing staircase is a good exercise. Once you start doing exercises, all these pain disappear. In India, the grandmother's prescription is to put garlic in boiling milk and gulp the extract of garlic to get relief from knee pain. The sytem of medicine is known as AYURVEDA.

Sorry to hear about your knees. You should take a nice long soak in some hot water with epsom salts in it.
