Paid to Click (PTC) Sites do they pay up and after how long?

I've joined many sites. Some seem good some seem not so good and some just disappear. I want to start a central area for reporting how long each site takes to pay, if at all.

Hey You will need a lot of time to earn.Easy way is to get referrals under you.You are correct many are fake.
