reductil diet tablets

has anyone tried the reductil method of weight loss? i had a twelve month period on them and managed to lose nearly 6 stones with them, but the nhs will only let you have them for twelve months, because they havent tested the long term ewffects of them yet. i'd be interested to find out how many other people have tried them and the different effects they had on them.
