Should Google be worried, if microsoft-yahoo deal becomes a success ?

Recently, there was a news that software giant microft is trying to buy yahoo, for $44bn. The reasons were regarding the domination of google as a search in this world. So, here's my thinking- shud google b ready if this deal b/w yahoo n microsoft becomes a success ?
