Microsoft Office Update / myLot

I am installing a third party software's word add-in. But it always give me message to get the latest office update. My PC's automatic update is on. And I have the latest service pack of office (SP3) but the message keep on displaying. I can't install the add-in. Can somebody give me any idea on how to solve the problem? Thanks in advance

Go to update win and see if any office updates come up - even with auto update there are some updates that you need to update manually. Also check the MS OFfice Site. Are you sure that this add-in is compatible with SP3?

I've already done going to winupdate site a lot of times but i don't have any updates to do anymore. For the add-in that I cannot answer, since that is a third party software. But I already asked the vendor and they had not sent any response as of now. :(
