Should Non US citizens care who the next President is?

Personally, I think so. But does it really matter to the ordinary man or woman outside the USA who the next President is? As they say, "it doesn't matter who you vote for, the Government always get in". Should we care if its Hillary, or Obama, or McCain? Who are these people? How will they effect our lives?

Definitely America over shadows everything that happens in the world, which I'm personally sick of and it's the main reason life is so crap these days.
