Finding New Music

I am constantly listening to music and always looking for new artists to listen to. Usually I go to Pandora.com which allows you to type in an artist you like and then it plays music from similar artists. I also browse around in itunes, but there is so much music sometimes I get sick of looking. How do you find new music or artists to listen to?

I visit mostly imeem.com for music that I need to download here for my profile, youtube for videos and letsingit.com for songs that I don't know or have forgotten it's title. I'll just type some in it, then search for the title and it's artist.
I also look for tabs as I go online, since I play guitar and have less time to listen to some music..
