i love eating cakes,that's why i know how to make one.well for you who just asked how to make one, i suggest you try this delicious cake recipe.it's my favorite. MOCHA CAKE 2 1/4 cups cake flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup fresh milk 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup corn oil 1 cup white sugar 8 eggs,seperated 1 tsp cream of tartar 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 Tbsp black coffee powder Preheat oven to 300 degress Fahrenheit. Sift together the flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt,cocoa powder and coffee powder three times.Transfer in a mixing bowl.Make a well in the center.At the well,place the oil,milk,egg yolk.Mix until free from lumps;careful not to overmixed.In a sperate bowl,beat the eggwhites with the cream of tartar until soft peaks form.Add the sugar gradually.Then fold in the batter mixture with the eggwhite mixture.Pour into a waxed 9-inch baking pan.Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or when touched lightly the cake bounces back.Remove from oven and cool on cake rack.Unmold from pan and frost with desire frosting or served as it is.Good for 4-6 people.
