I am doing a lot better walking then what I was. I don't have to sit down when I shower like I use to and I can stand longer. So it has really done me a lot of good in the long run.

Hooraaay, I am very happy for you. I recently experienced real bad low back pain so I know how it feels to have to think about every move you make ahead of time. I had to sit and take a shower some days, because bending hurt so bad. I am glad that your physical therapy helped you so much and I hope you continue to improve as time goes by. To God be the glory for the things he has done.

Thank you. Yeah it is hard for me to do alot out doors with what I have but I can still do a lot in doors and exersising really does help a lot.

This is awesome news! I think the work involved with physical therapy seems, to some, like more than they can handle. But, like with you, knowing the outcome outweighs the hardship you persevered. Yay, you! You know the benefits, it's worth. Great going! I think it is great for people with MS to persevere and keep going. Beat the beast, girl! I'm proud of you!

I am glad that it helped, Shaunee. Bruce and I went to the Neurologist this past week and he wants Bruce to go to Occupational Therapy. Keep doing the exersises and you will get stronger. I know that I do the ones that the doctor suggested.

Yeah I had Occupational Therapy also. I am glad my new nerologist seen that I needed it. They are both really worth taking and benifiting from. Best of luck to Bruce if he does take it.
