What's the catch with this website hosting service?

http://www.000webhost.com/ This sounds way too good to be true, what's the catch? Can someone who uses this, or is very familiar with this fill me in, and dont post referral links either. I'm just curious, and if this really is legit it will make me really happy so uh.. a little information please :)
