I think there is nothing to worry about, really. As long as you know the parntes of the child she was sleeping over at his/her house (and I asume you do know them, after all - you did allowed her to go, am I right? :] ), and you know that your child is in good hands - what reason do you have to worry? Just sit back and relax, enjoy your free time.

Yeah it's quite normal. At least you have your time doing something else without any disturbances. Have a good day posting!

Its normal worrying about your daughter. My daughter had been in another province without me when we has only 2 years old (without me but) and just a few months ago (she is now 5 yo), I let her go with my cousin who was traveling ahead of us to our hometown that is 6 hours away from our place now. Sometimes, we need to learn to trust our kids that they can do it on their own. She hasn't sleep over in her friends house yet but I'd gladly allow her to.

I think that it is entirely normal and that you would be a little odd if you didn't worry. My daughter's 19, at University and I still worry about where she is. Enjoy the time that you have to yourself though, she'll be back!

It's ok for you to be worried about when your child sleeps over someone else's house because you miss them and they are your pride and joy.
