We have a squirell hiding in my house somewhere and have not been able to get rid of it yet. We have tried a trap and that hasnt worked. Anyone else have any ideas?

I have an idea, but don't know if it would work for you or not though. The squirrels in my in-laws yard seem to like corn on the cob, but I'm sure you could find nuts or something else it might like to eat from your area. Try propping open a door & put this food outside, far enough away from the door to let the door close once it's outside. It would probably be best to have only minimal activity in that area so the squirrel thinks the coast is clear & attempts an escape, or stop to eat if it was after food to start with. Once it's outside, close the door. :)

I had one of those in my house before! it ran in while hubby had the door opened! It was just a little thing. It was pretty scared.. it pee'd all over the floor behind the stove and microwave. it was a big mess! Hubby wouldnt touch it to push it out the door, so he scared it, it ran towards me, i flicked it in the belly and it ran out the door! lol. We once had a bat too, he was scared of that too.. I ran after it with a towel spread open, and it flew out the door! He's also deathly scared of getting sprayed by a skunk! i hope we never haev one of THOSE in the house!!!
