Why I like running...

Running three days a week has been good for my health. When I started to run, i began running slowly until I got to a pace that I was comfortable with. From the start, it was pretty challenging for me to run for thirty minutes straight. After a few days of running in a slow pace, i realized that i could run longer and faster. I realized that since i started to run, i became more focus and not easily tired in what i'm doing. Running as an exercise gave my life a boost.

I hope you have somewhere that is good for running, I started going for walks in hope to lose a bit of weight and i often thought how danderous it would be running instead of walking with the uneven path ways, I had tripped over a couple of times, i would imagine it would be even harder to run on these surfaces.

thanfully we have our own gym here and it has different kinds of machines where you can play, i mean to exercise. i love running because it is the fastest way to lose weight if you ask me. 30 minutes running on a thread mill can burn you a lot of fat or calories. i'm really glad we have a thread mill indoors or else i won't be able to do my running properly if i were to run outside with the freezing weather and the slippery sidewalk.

I can totally relate to what youre saying. I remeber before i started jogging i was almost always tired and felt slugglish alot. Howver after i started joggin after only a week i could feel the results. Slowly but surely i started increasing the length of my run until i began to take it to the next level and train for a half marathon. Since then jogging has become a bigger part of my daily routine and the half marathon was a great accomplishment. This year i hope to run an entire marathon.
