I love the $6 dollar burger at Carl's Jr. In the midwest and the east coast it's called Hardee's (I don't know if they have a 6 dollar burger there, but it's the same chain). This burger is so big, I think it's almost a pound. Can you finish a whole Six Dollar Burger and the fries?

I had the chance to eat at Carl's Jr for the first time last year when I went to California to visit with family. Oh man, you are right! That was the best darn burger ever. They don't scrimp on the meat. I finished the whole burger and the fries. I didn't eat dinner that night because I was still full from lunch. LOL

That's right, you guys don't have Carl's Jr in Florida. What a bummer! When I lived in Miami, I remember missing mexican food and Carl's. The only mexican food there was Taco Bell (which is not really mexican) and I was so happy eating stone crabs, I didn't even bother looking for burgers.

$6 dollar burger? Wow. Yeah, now those commercials with the "don't bother me, I'm eating" slogan make a whole lot of sense. lol If I paid that much for a burger I'd want to enjoy it too! I've never had a Carl's Jr hamburger actually. I wanted to try 'em, but just never did.

I've never had one of these burgers but I've tried a Ruby Tuesday's burger which is HUGE and absolutely delicious but no way could I finish it! I never knew Carl Jr.'s was the same as Hardee's but while I've eaten at Hardee's I've never had their burgers. Annie

You've got a deal! It probably won't be until sprint car racing season starts because that's when I sometimes get to a Hardee's. I really like their chicken, that's why I haven't tried one of their burgers. Annie

The reason I know that they're the same chain is because the founder, Carl Karcher, just passed away recently. As with most eulogies, they mentioned his business holdings. Plus, I'm a big fan of Carl's Jr. The few times I go eat at a fastfood restaurant, I go there instead of McDonalds, Burger King or any of the other chains. Once you've tried Carl's burgers, there's no turning back! Annie, if you stop by Hardee's next time, please find out for me whether they have the $6 dollar burger. I'm curious....thanks!

You know what I can. Those darn things are the best hamburgers in the world as far as I am concerned. They are huge, but they are so good, I just keep taking one more bite. Now you made me hungry for one. Darn it.

It is quite delicious. If you go on a good night and have it cooked just right, its the perfect meal of the moment. So juicy and tender and supported by those delicious fries. So yes, I am a fan. Also, I can finish the entire meal with a milkshake on the side!
