I'm going to make my boyfriend dinner for Valentines day, but i'm not quite sure what i'm making yet. I think I am going to make some sort of fish and some vegetables, and maybe something for dessert (he eats extremely healthy, so that makes it harder!) What are you planning on making for valentines day?

I am planning to get a cake for valentines’ day. It must be romantic and unique for the great occasion. Of course the sweet cake signified the feeling of sweetness when I am together with my loved one. It will make the valentines’ day meaningful and memorable.

Hi again, I am making an Italian Love cake. Same one I made last year. I'm going to try and add the scanned page to this post. My hubby is Italian and it was a big hit last year. Spendy with the ricotta cheese, but I didn't use as much as it called for. Well if I could figure it out I would... If you know how pls let me know. B

I'll probably be cooking. I think I'll just make an easy veggie dish (like most meals I make). I usually make a healthy dessert every Valentine's day but this year I gave up sweets for Lent so I'm not sure if I want the temptation around. :)

I would have loved to go out for dinner on the valentine's day but its not a weekend and so i think its not going to be possible. To make up for it I think I will make a special dinner at home. We are vegetarians so I will make a tofu appetizer, a spicy rice dish, two sides, a salad, some cocktail to go with it and for the desert I have already baked brownies today which I will serve with ice cream on that day.

If my daughter is released from the hospital by Thursday we are going to have wings for dinner. Her request. If she is still in the hospital we will probably just be grabbing a burger from the hospital cafeteria. Their food isn't great but it is edible.

Since I don't celebrate this holiday I already made my honey his valentines day dinner. I made him steak, baked potato, and glazed carrots, and we had chocolate covered strawberries for dessert later that evening. He will be taking me out to dinner on Friday for Valentines Day. A good dessert for a healthy eater is angel food cake topped with sliced strawberries and drizzled with chocolate syrup then lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
