Depending on what is wrong with me, my dog acts differently. If I am sick the dog attaches himself to my butt and I can't move. He lays with me, licks my face all the time, and is a general pain because he's trying to stay with me. If I'm upset and crying he will lick my tears away. Now that I have gotten pregnant he dont come very close to me lol. He knows what happened the last time I was like this, I brought something home that took some attention away from him. Now he knows that another thing is coming to take more attention away.

This is so very true! My son and my pooch are best friends. My son will be 4 next month and I tell him all the time, your best friend is a rottie. So now when you ask him who is best friend is, he says Rottie LOL.
