yaa i think so there are many codes in this movie,book and have resemblance with The da vinci code.
Nicholas flammel-according to secret dossiers he is grand master of priory of sion(1398-1418)he is responsible for keeping the holy grail from evil hands.

I think as far as any "code" - people have too much time on their hands. Rowling chose some names for characters that were sometimes very fanciful and made up, or were adapted from different medieval names, etc as they sound magical/archaic. I wouldn't take too much stock on any mystical connection between the fictional harry potter books and and "holy grail codes."
