Why do we see a light when we are born and before we die?

Have you ever thought about this? Why we see a bright light when we're born and see a bright light when we die? Any thoughts?

how do we know if we see bright light when we are born, i dint know about that

we ourselves can not remember this but if you watch a baby being born their eyes are so sensitive to it and everything is blurry but they see the light.
