i am ethiopian(african) civil engineering graduate with CGPA of 3.58 in july 2002 from Mekelle University(Tigray,Ethiopia).Now i am very eager to get full scholarships so that to pursue my MSc. studies.i do have four years work experience working as resident engineer in different construction sites.
