It is so important for your mental health to find things that will make you happy. Think of friends or food or activities. Feeling miserable will affect you in so many negative ways. Find reasons to be upbeat. It is so important to your health and well being.

I agree, but sometimes when you get in a rut it is easier said than done. All you can do is pray that you can snap out of it and start being your cheerful self again.

hi, indeed. your statement is so true. feeling miserable or getting upset in so many ways will affect us, it will make us stop thinking clearly and bring trouble in working during the whole day. it also affects our health and the emotion will burn us out. thanks for the notice you make. :)
