They said that imitation is the best form of flattery... Well, I don't know about imitation and flattery, all I know is that the Rutles are great on their own right. They may have started life as a parody of the Beatles, but they are not another cover/tribute band - their music is great in its own right. As for the movie, I've seen it almost six times by now and it still makes me laugh and brings me to tears. Here's to the Rutles, the pre-greatest band on earth, and great guys who love the Beatles as much as I do :)
