Work...a well needed break or torture?

I find that I'm missing my kids terribly when I'm at work. I had to go back to work, it wasn't by choice. Everyone said that I would enjoy working because it would give me a break from the kids, but it doesn't seem to be working that way. I feel like my 3 month old doesn't even know me and it breaks my heart. Do you enjoy the time away from your kids when you're at work or do you miss them?
