Where can I find the OFAC list?

I just read the FAQs of mylot. I found there is a question like"How do I get Paid?", and the answer include these sentences" The good news is users from all countries will still be able to participate in mylot discussions. The bad news is users from countries included on the OFAC list will not be able to earn money for their contributions."
So that means users from these countries only can start discussion or respond others, but can not get money from here.
And where can I find the OFAC list? So I can make sure does Australia on that list?

Where is the OFAC list? What the means of OFAC?
Can we find the list on mylot?
We should make sure if our country on this list or not before we start discussions or responses. Otherwise, all our did only can practise our English, but can not earn money.

Yes, this is the reason I started a discussion here. I just want make sure if Australia on the list or not. But I guess it should be not on it.
But I also want know which countries on that list.
I think there are so many people also want know about it.
Does there anyone can tell us the information about the list? Thank you!
