you need to be atleast a12std pass,but graduates(any stream) are preffered,you need to have a neutral accent,have a good command over the english language,be ready to work night shifts,say bye to social life,be ready to face severe politics,and also prepare yourself to increased stress,tensions and duniya bar ka problems .i have finished 5+ years in this industry and will like to let you know that all that glitters is certainly not gold and it is not as rosy as it seems.if you are ready to compromise this for money then welcomw to the world of call-centers and bpo my dear friend..........................
