What do you do when your child is sick and won't eat, play, sleep

My daughter is sick and all she does is cry. She won't eat, sleep, drink or do anything. I know she is getting a lot better but because we were babying her she now is use to that. She is two and she won't let me leave the room.

that's normal to little children..if my daughter is also sick, she wanted me to be at her side always, she wanted her to be cuddle, to be hug because she doesn't in the mood to play around..little children really need enough attention specially that they are having sickness, they really want our attention and our care..it's normal mum, just make sure that she will eat right foods so that she will be able to cope from her sickness..

Does your daughter has a fever or pain? If she does, you should reduce any fever and pain with acetaminophen, and provide plenty to drink to counteract dehydration. Children change quickly when ill-mostly for the better, but occasionally for the worse. Give her lots of love and provid undemanding activities, you can read to her or let her watch television or a video.
