their memory is slipping

about 6 months ago i moved in with my semi-elderly grandparents and ever since then they've been telling me the same stories over and over and over again. i feel bad if i tell them they have already told me, so i just pretend like im hearing the story for the first time. i so worried about alzheimers. i had another grandfather who died of alzheimers acouple years ago, and it broke me heart. does anyone else worry about alzheimers? or has anyone lost a loved one due to alzheimers? how can you tell the difference between alzheimers and just old age?

I am sorry to hear that! I can understand your feelings. My grandfather has gone sevral years ago because of lung cancer. At the present, we still have many difficulties which we haven't overcame. We hope that we will conquer those diseases as the development of the science and technology.
