HEY how to loose WEIGHT without dieting.....CN u HELP ?????

GUYS plz GIVE me Suggestion to LOOSE weight without DIETING.

WITHOUT DIETING you'll have to do two things to effectively loose weight. 1. Systematically increase the amount of physical activity you do in order to burn more of the calories you ingest. In fact, you will have to make physical activity a cornerstone of your lifestyle for it to have a noticeable effect on body weight. 2. You also need to have regular sleep patterns, with a minimum of 6 or 7 hours of restful sleep, preferrably 8.

I had gastric bypass to lose weight but we still have a diet to follow but not everyone can go that route will also say it is not an easy way out like alot of people think just change your eating habits and exercise

Reduce the intake slowly, Eat less, but more often, and burn off the cals by slowly increasing physical activity. This could be as simple as walking at least 45 minutes a day, spread ove at least 15 minutes per stint. All the best!

hi hemant well i dont feel u need to loose lots of weight though .ya some fat wud do but rest is ok with u . still as per ur discussion u can loose weight very easily by swimming if u are close to a swimming pool .swimming is the best excercise to loose weight permannetly .rest of the measures wll take lots of time and energy but not swimming .try it and ull see the result urselve .

by running run at least 2km every day and u need not to worry abt ur dieting.

Exercise, exercise and more exercise (so i have been told). Start off slow, and increase your training every day. Walking, cycling, treadmill, swimming, etc. Cut down on food intake and eat less fatty foods. I've have just joined a gym for three days a week and I hit the treadmills, ecliptical machines and cycles. On my off gym days i hit the pavements and walk up to an 1 hour a day (at a quick pace). I have cut down on all the munchies i use to eat and cut out all soda. I have to increase my water intake (its hard cause i dont like drinking water) but it helps. Slowly but surely you will see the changes. You need to start somewhere and walking is a great start. Good Luck.

There's always exercise, but if you're eating more food than you need, or the food that you're eating is crap, you may have difficulty losing weight.
