Are the new policies of PayPal and its hunt for scam ptcs helping us? My opinion is yes, and PTC that are paypal verified are less prone to scam so its a new oportunity for people that want to spend more time in a program like this.

Hi, I think it is a great polici PayPal made. Why well just because this way we won't be scammed a lot. There will always be website that don't offer paypal or just scam paypal. But he its one step in the right direction. Also i'm curious what paypal will do if it only pays out a few people. Will this also take action. And what action can they seriously take.
