I had learnt this from the newspaper recently. It is nice to have eye exercises daily especially for those who spend lots of time sitting in front of the glaring screen. As told in his article we are advised to roll our eye balls from left to right, up and down, in clockwise and anti clock wise manner. We need to do step 12 times for every step. This could promote the blood circulation of the concerned areas. I would try to have this exercise if I could remember to do so.
