a few years ago when 12dp was hot and paypal seldomly banned accounts. Until recently I didn't know that there were still sites that actually gave you a higher return for your 'investment'.
The best part about this one that I found is that without you even upgrading usuing your own money; you can first like click links ( I think atleast 40cent a day ) until you reach enough for payout. Then on top of that, you can also get your website put in the rotator to get your website exposure. It really is great!
Sounds like a perfect opportunity to me
